"Flex Your Mind" stands for my commitment to excellence in personal training and lifestyle coaching. It refers to my philosophy of smarter, better educated and more intelligent approach to exercise and nutrition. On this website you will be able to read about the various aspects of a proper exercise and nutrition program.

Update

In February 2008 I participated in the development of the Agatsu Certified Kettlebell Coach Level 2 certification. The Level 2 certification recognizes advanced knowledge of Kettlebell Training, including excellent technique, coaching ability, and personal fitness level.

Including myself, there are currently 3 AKC Level 2 coaches in the country.

In-Gym Training and Coaching Now Available!

With rates lower than in-house training.

In order to be able to offer the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to more people I now offer all of my Coaching, Nutrition, and Training services in a gym environment in addition to in-house training!

This includes Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and Metabolic Typing, Kettlebell Coaching, One-on-One and Small Group training.

There are several benefits in this for YOU, including access to more equipment and better facilities than are available for in-house training, as well as more affordable pricing!

The rates for all in-gym services are lower than in-house training!

In-Gym training is provided at the Richmond Hills Goodlife Fitness Club at the Hillcrest Mall.
